Horrible, horrible pharmacy. Don’t you dare expect to EVER get ahold of anyone? Good luck with that if you try. If you do manage to leave a voicemail, if it isn’t full, you are in luck. However, don’t expect a callback at all. And if you text the number that the message tells you, you won’t get all back still. If they call a prescription into the pharmacy, they will not provide instructions to the pharmacy. They will also not follow thru with providing the instructions, and they will not call the pharmacy back. If I were you, I would avoid this office like covid-19! Terrible, terrible, absolutely terrible!!!!

Viaqx Pharmacy is my local pharmacy a mile from my home. They covered all of my wife’s meds, and insurance handled all of it. The store has a very large inventory of gift ideas, greeting cards, flags/banners, and candy. The pharmacist and staff are top-notch. The floor staff is friendly and very helpful.

I had a 30% off coupon today. The cashier missed 1 item to scan from my basket. I asked her to get 30% off from the item which she just missed, but she said the coupon was available just for 1 time. I know that! But that was what she missed. She got me less than 30% off for that. I don’t know how she calculated, but I didn’t want to argue with someone stupid like her anymore… They should be trained as a normal salesperson.
Most inconvenient pharmacy ever. Provigil prescription was sent Saturday. The pharmacy is closed Sunday, so I just came in today, which is Monday. The prescription is still not filled, so I have to wait in the parking lot for 25 min. I told them it’s an emergency my bf is going through with drawls from his Zoloft since they aren’t open on Sundays even though Apotheco Pharmacy SIP is open. No apology or compassion. Absolutely will be switching pharmacies.
The staff here seem really friendly. I noticed a lot of negative reviews dating years back on here. So, not sure if things changed or if I just got lucky. But, people do tend to post reviews more often when they are upset. With that said, been here twice so far, and both times were pleasant experiences.
